Nothing wrong with the product - it's only a four star as Milly is reviewing it and it's a little hard for her, sometimes she can handle them and other times it's too much effort on her little teeth, fine if soaked but she eats too quickly then! Fantastic otherwise so it's just the type of product that's not perfect for Milly a shitzu

It's a great treat and I purchased after receiving free sample however unfortunately it's too hard for Milly so I soaked them and it's definitely better for her soaked but I think it's too frustrating for her, she goes back to them when she's on the sniff for treats but she loses interest in them, although when first opened she loves them as the pix show but I keep them on hand to bring out as something different once in a while maybe it's just her shitzuness very fussy dogs

This is an absolute winner and have purchased these several times as they are the only brand that is consistent with the exact quality of the product and it remains crunchy but soft enough to enjoy safely and not like concrete like most of them are or rubbery. She absolutely adores them and I'm so relieved to finally have a healthy chicken jerky that when I get it in the post each time I open it it's suitable every time thank you

Milly is an almost nine year old shitzu who is unfortunately starting to lose teeth at almost every clean so finding her new healthy treats that are suitable has been challenging until we found barkn'licious and she absolutely loves these chicken hearts even though they are firm they are still soft enough for her to be slightly occupied whilst enjoy them for longer than a one second woof it down treat - these are now a regular on her treat order list thank you
