Order Processing
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) Mon–Fri are dispatched the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We ship exclusively within Australia, including PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers:
- $10 Flat Rate: for orders under $129.
- Free Shipping: for orders $129 or more.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days for most metropolitan areas. Please note that regional and remote areas may experience extended delivery timeframes.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available on orders of $79 or more to eligible addresses within 12 km of Cairnlea, VIC.
Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will generally be delivered the following day.
Free Local Pickup
Location: 2 Elford Court, Cairnlea VIC.
No minimum spend required. Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for same-day pickup. We will notify you via email/SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Important Details
- Tracking: Monitor your package's journey via the link provided in your shipping email.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
- Lost/Delayed Packages: If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out so we can investigate with the courier.
