At Barkn’licious Dog Treats, our mission is to keep tails wagging! We take pride in our all-natural, small-batch treats and want every order to arrive fresh and as expected. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. To start the process, please email barknliciousdogtreats@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us assess the problem.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind
We want you to shop with confidence. For hygiene and food safety reasons, Change of Mind returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed packaging.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies to cover processing and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed:

  • Store Credit: Issued the same business day.
  • Original Payment Method: Processed within 7 days.
